About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at a local premier care home in Witney. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of elderly residents and providing direct support and companionship.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience as a Care Assistant for older people and be willing to help with personal care tasks. A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
