Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a commercial setting.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Carry out containment, cabling, and wiring to a high standard.
  • Install and connect lighting, power, and data systems.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with other trades on-site to ensure smooth project completion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid ECS Gold Card Electrician certification.
  • Proven experience as an electrician in commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in an electrical environment.
  • Ability to work from technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with BMS, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems is desirable.
