Business Skills Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Skills Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to develop our apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering personalized learning programs to support apprentices in gaining required knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
- Contributing to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction to accurately record apprentices' starting points.
- Providing individual coaching, arranging visits, and supporting apprentices in developing workplace skills essential for qualification completion.
- Assessing apprentices against criteria, providing constructive feedback, and utilizing e-portfolios effectively.
- Conducting assessments within set timeframes to monitor progress and generate evidence for qualifications.
- Utilizing e-portfolios and virtual learning environments effectively to support apprentices' learning and development.
- Conducting both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions to coach apprentices in business and management skills.
- Tracking apprentices' progress, conducting formal reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Maintaining accurate apprentice records across various systems and assisting in ongoing program development.
We are looking for a qualified trainer and assessor with demonstrable training and delivery experience of Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships and Qualifications. You should have industry competence and experience in a senior management role, proficient in managing learners and caseloads effectively. Utilizing technology adeptly to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery is also essential.
