Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ESOL Employability Trainer to join our team in East London. As a skilled trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the employability skills of our service users.

About the Role

As an ESOL Employability Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of our service users. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective training strategies that promote employability and social mobility.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training sessions that focus on employability skills, such as language development, CV writing, and interview preparation.
  • Assessing the needs of our service users and adapting training programs to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized teaching/training qualification, such as City and Guilds or PTLLS/DTLLS.
  • Experience in delivering ESOL training programs, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
