About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of projects is aligned with our risk management processes and policies.

As a Senior Risk Management Consultant, you will provide leadership and guidance on risk management activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and comply with our risk management framework.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing risk management frameworks, overseeing risk and opportunity management in major project or programme environments, and facilitating collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency in approach and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement risk management frameworks to ensure effective risk management practices
  • Oversee risk and opportunity management in major project or programme environments to enable achievement of project goals and objectives
  • Facilitate collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency in approach and data
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management, with at least 2 years of experience in risk management activities on high-value projects
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, e.g., engineering, project management, risk management, cost and commercial management
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management principles, methods, techniques, systems, and toolkits
  • Experience in risk modelling, qualitative risk assessments, and quantitative risk management
