About This Role

In this Charity Retail eBay Volunteer role, you will contribute to our mission by selling donated products online through eBay. Your tasks will include researching and valuing items, taking high-quality photos, and writing engaging descriptions to attract buyers.

You will also assist customers, answer their queries, and provide a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will be involved in light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure our shop remains inviting and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and value donated items for sale on eBay
  2. Take clear, high-quality photos of items for sale
  3. Write accurate and engaging descriptions for item listings
  4. Assist customers with their queries and provide a positive shopping experience
  5. Contribute to light cleaning and tidying duties to maintain a welcoming environment
