Job Title: Senior Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our CL Ops Policy Processing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic business objectives through the application of technical methodology and best practices of Project Management, Process Management & Process Improvement, Business Analytics, Metrics & Measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of technical methodology and best practices to drive strategic business objectives.
  • Partner with business units to conduct end-to-end process reviews and create current and future state process mapping.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement strategies resulting in business changes and improvements.
  • Manage end-to-end projects to ensure closure and/or continued ownership of projects, tools, and deliverables.
  • Work with the business to ensure people and skill requirements of the process are met.
  • Conduct research around process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform Process Leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or professional designations such as CPCU or CIC desired.
