Job Title: Senior Process Analyst Job Summary: The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our CL Ops Policy Processing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying in-depth knowledge of technical methodology and best practices of Project Management, Process Management & Process Improvement, Business Analytics, Metrics & Measures to drive strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with business units to conduct end-to-end process reviews, leveraging current state process mapping and future state mapping to create proposed efficiency benefits. * Support the implementation of process improvement strategies, including determining rollout strategy, communication and change management plan, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and leveraging data and metrics to make recommendations to stakeholders. * Conduct research around process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform the Process Leads. * Collaborate with the business to ensure people and skill requirements of the process are met. * Understand financial impact, skill set requirements, and legal and compliance issues for a process.
