**About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Clayton Davies. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' businesses operate within the regulatory framework.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive Compliance Support Services to clients, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Produce and deliver reports and action plans, including practical solutions to address business needs and enable compliance standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to support the review, development, and maintenance of internal documentation.
- Maintain and develop your technical and regulatory knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Support negotiation of Contract Renewals and management of retention risk with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engage with business projects as required by the Regulatory Manager to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as needed to support the needs of the business or achieve departmental objectives.
**Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Previous Compliance experience in the Wealth Management space.
