Job Title: Head of Members and Partnerships

Location: Kenilworth

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Contract Type: Full-Time/Permanent (hybrid)

Role Overview:

As the Head of Members and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of our membership base and developing strategic partnerships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organisations, businesses, and individuals that share our values.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling membership and partnership materials that showcase our mission.
  4. Represent the charity at events, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Motivate and coordinate the network of Support Groups to deliver strategy and objectives.
  6. Ensure Support Group compliance with financial and reporting regulations.
  7. Develop and implement a fundraising plan to deliver approaches to trusts and foundations that support our mission.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.
  2. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans.
  3. Must have a valid UK driving licence as you may need to attend company events.
