Job Title: Head of Acquisitions and Partnerships

Location: Kenilworth

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Contract Type: Full-Time/Permanent (hybrid)

Role Overview:

As the Head of Acquisitions and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of our membership base and developing strategic partnerships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement
  2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organisations, businesses, and individuals that share our values
  3. Manage and nurture relationships with existing members and partners, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling membership and partnership materials
  5. Monitor and analyse membership and partnership metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  6. Represent the charity at events, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships
  7. Lead and mentor a team of membership and partnership professionals
  8. Drive and implement new member recruitment plans
  9. Be the first point of contact for members
  10. Motivate and coordinate the network of Support Groups to deliver strategy and objectives
  11. Ensure Support Group compliance with financial and reporting regulations
  12. Develop and implement a fundraising plan to deliver approaches to trusts and foundations
  13. Develop and implement a new individual giving programme
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector
  2. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  5. Experience in developing and implementing membership and partnership strategies
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Must have valid UK driving licence as you may need to attend company events
