About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role situated in West Cornwall, joining an enthusiastic and vibrant Primary school. The school offers full-time school hours, on a long-term basis, and provides fantastic support towards their staff. The school was rated 'OUTSTANDING' in recent Ofsted reports.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver to the excellent standards and requirements this school has to offer. The role will involve working with teachers and parents, and the individual will be expected to be flexible and adaptable with day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning support to students
  • Liaise with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication
  • Manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Design and implement teaching aids to support student learning
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
