Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our team in the South East.

We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for children at risk of harm. As a Child Protection Specialist, you will assess and manage risk, develop care plans, and work closely with families to safeguard children.

  • Conduct assessments to identify children at risk and develop appropriate safeguarding plans
  • Work closely with families to provide comprehensive support
  • Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage risk to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support vulnerable families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to child protection

The successful candidate will have a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a loyalty bonus of £150 per week.
