Job Title: Primary Specialist Lead

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead our Early Years department, responsible for the education and care of children from 3 to 5 years old. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passionate and experienced leader who can inspire and motivate our staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Early Years team, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of curriculum programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor's degree in Education).
  • Significant experience in leading or managing an Early Years department.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
