Job Description

Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Barnsley

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Full Time: 39 hours per week

Salary: £40,751.18 per annum with a potential to earn up to £43,351.18 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless support and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a children's home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
