Children's Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities within a 4-bedded residential care home. This will include offering support and guidance to the staff team, liaising with Senior Management Team and HR department, and ensuring the home meets at least a GOOD rating with OFSTED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and activities within the care home
  • Offer support and guidance to the staff team
  • Liaise with Senior Management Team and HR department
  • Ensure the home meets at least a GOOD rating with OFSTED

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (or working towards)
  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
  • Registered Manager experience

What We Offer:

Up to £49,000 per annum, plus £4,000 in bonuses, and the opportunity to work with a reputable and established recruitment agency like Vetro Recruitment.
