Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Transaction Specialist. This role involves processing financial transactions, investigating and responding to queries using the Oracle Cloud accounting system. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Providing advice, training, and query resolution for requisitioners, approvers, and other stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing changes to improve processes and efficiency

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement to pay process. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, 27 days annual leave (increasing to 33 with service), and a contributory pension scheme.
