About the Role:

Otis is seeking a skilled EH&S Quality Manager to join our team in London. As an EH&S Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing our EHSQ strategy to achieve safety goals and reduce injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHSQ programs and systems to ensure compliance with legislation and Otis requirements.
  • Provide technical and EHSQ management advice and support to managers and employees on EH&S issues.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify root causes of accidents and develop corrective action plans.
  • Manage EH&S projects to ensure compliance with legislation and Otis requirements.
  • Develop and deliver EHSQ training to employees.
  • Collaborate with the EHSQ Director to achieve safety goals and reduce injuries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of EHSQ metrics.

Requirements:

  • EH&S professional qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
  • Environmental qualification (IEMA Cert or equivalent).
  • ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 auditor (desirable).
  • Construction project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
