Manchester, United Kingdom My Recruitment Career Full time

Job Title: Legal Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

My Recruitment Career is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to matching skilled legal professionals with top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments. We value excellence and personalised service, setting us apart as the preferred choice for both candidates and clients.

We're not just offering a job; we're offering a pathway to becoming a first-class recruitment consultant. Joining our team means more than just settling into a career—it's an opportunity to earn a significant amount as you climb the ladder of success. The more you achieve, the greater the commission you get to take home.

Culture:

Step into our Manchester offices, and you'll immediately feel at home. We've fostered a culture that values camaraderie and hard work in equal measure. The team is a bunch of kind, friendly folk who appreciate a good laugh in between serious bouts of hard work. If you ever find yourself unsure or having a bad day, there's always someone here to support you or offer advice.

Your application to join us is not just a formality; it's a testament to your commitment to a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source top-tier legal talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in legal recruitment or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal industry and its various practice areas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • A passion for fostering successful, long-term professional relationships.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base wage of £25,000, with a lucrative commission structure.
  • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
  • Access to a network of industry professionals and events.
  • Exciting team-building activities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualities We Value:

In addition to a great sense of humor, we're looking for out-of-this-world communicators who can manage various elements in their working day. Once you're up and running with the tools for the job, we expect you to work well independently as much as with the rest of the team. Most importantly, you'll bring a winner's way of doing things to the table.

We're committed to your professional growth and success. Your journey to becoming a top-tier recruitment consultant starts here.
