Farm Worker Fruit Job Description

We are seeking two General Farm Workers to join our family-run fruit farm in East Anglia. The successful candidates will have previous experience in soft or top fruit production and be looking to further develop their skills and earning potential.

The Job

Our farm produces a range of soft and top fruit, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with the daily tasks of the farm, including spraying, pruning, and harvesting.

The Candidate
  • Previous experience in soft or top fruit production
  • Spraying certificates would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and quality conscious
  • Great work ethic
The Package
  • Basic salary £24,000 - £27,000 dependent upon the level of experience
  • 40 hour contract with overtime available at time and a quarter
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • Accommodation available on site
