Job Opportunity: General Farm Worker

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking two experienced General Farm Workers to join our client's family-run fruit farm in East Anglia. The successful candidates will have a strong background in soft or top fruit production and be looking to further develop their skills and earning potential.

The Role:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the farm, including fruit harvesting and crop care.
  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in soft or top fruit production.
  • Spraying certificates or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
  • Great work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Package:

  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • 40-hour contract with overtime available at time and a quarter.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Accommodation available on-site.
