Construction Graduate Role

The Construction Graduate Pathway is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Directors to develop their skills in project management, construction technology and quality. This pathway is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, exposing you to key areas of the business that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in a construction career.

As a Construction Graduate, you will rotate through various departments, including Construction, Health & Safety, Commercial, Construction Planning, Technical and Customer Service. Each rotation is carefully crafted to provide you with a strong foundation in the construction industry.
