About the Role

The Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide strategic leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to integrity. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of kindness and respect within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of kindness and respect
