To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Resident Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing and dressing.
- Assisting with meals and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Completing daily care plans and collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Supporting residents with mobility and promoting independence.
