Your Role
As a care worker at Martins House, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff members
- Answering the nurse call system and responding to residents' needs
- Reporting on the well-being of residents and liaising with GPs and support managers
- Carrying out regular checks on residents and delivering a high level of personal and psychological care
- Completing records and documentation to a satisfactory standard
