Our team is dedicated to crafting a groundbreaking new IP, and we need your expertise in material creation to bring it to life. With the support of our Art Director, Technical Artists, Scanning Artists, and the power of Unreal Engine, you will have the freedom to create world-class content without compromise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement realistic PBR materials that meet AAA standards
  • Collaborate with Environment, Foliage, Scanning, Character, and Vehicle art teams to develop materials and shaders
  • Work with Technical Artists and Render Engineers to define new material shaders and optimize performance
  • Develop and document the material creation pipeline and parameters
  • Identify opportunities to enhance quality and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating PBR compliant materials
  • Experience working with real-time game projects and render engines
  • Proficiency in node-based material authoring tools such as Substance Suite
  • Proficiency in 3D authoring and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or Marmoset
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined work habits

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of photogrammetry and photography
  • Knowledge of geology, architecture, or dendrology
  • Interest in motorsport
