Salary

About the Role
In this key position, you will cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and research. You will also maintain and build relationships with potential and existing clients, responding to their inquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with lawyers and other business development team members to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities. Furthermore, you will analyse market trends and competitors to inform business development strategies. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing materials, including practice area descriptions and partner biographies. You will also plan client events, such as seminars and webinars. Moreover, you will prepare directory submissions and manage business development activity and results. Finally, you will ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality service delivery across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree in law, business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the legal industry

  • Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
