Remote Technical Sales Manager Opportunity

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team and drive business development for interconnect and cabling solutions across the UK.

Job Overview:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent sales skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and developing existing accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage sales pipelines, meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent experience, as well as a proven track record in sales within industrial, defence, military, or aerospace markets.

Benefits:

This is a fully remote opportunity (UK Based) with a competitive salary range of £45-£55K and a performance-related bonus. The successful candidate will also receive a company car or allowance, pension, life assurance, income protection, and health insurance.
