About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Worker (Coach) to join our team at Stonewater. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred, strengths-based support to our residents, helping them to achieve and become as independent as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality, outcome-focused support sessions in one-to-one and group settings.
  • Induct new customers into the service, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to our support.
  • Signpost residents to statutory and non-statutory services, specialising in areas such as education, housing, training, employment, health, and debt management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire and passion to work with vulnerable young people with support needs.
  • Be IT literate, comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of housing and benefits advice is also desirable.
