About the Role:
- Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and assist the team in achieving recruitment targets.
- Proactively plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities to promote our services.
- Deal with student enquiries and provide professional consultation services.
- Liaise with universities and students to track applications and arrange interviews.
- Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions.
- Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses.
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong sales and direct marketing skills.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Responsibility, maturity, reliability, and honesty.
Estimated Salary: £20-£25 per hour plus uncapped commissions.
