Experienced Learning Support Specialist

Are you a recent graduate from a top 10 UK university looking to start your teaching career? We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the Graduate Learning Mentor position in our high-performing secondary school in Richmond.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, working closely with exceptional teachers to plan lessons, manage the classroom, and create engaging resources. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to inspire and support students in achieving their academic goals, providing bespoke one-to-one interventions and small group mentoring sessions.
We offer a competitive daily rate of £96-£105, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to start their teaching career. With prior experience in education or working with young people advantageous but not essential, we welcome applications from talented graduates who are eager to make a difference.
