We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering services and managing projects from inception to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, health, education, residential, and community schemes
  • Deliver services and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified (ideally)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Construction consultancy background
  • Confident in contract administration and specification writing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000
