About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager Designate. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and implement opportunities to grow sales, improve stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Designate Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you will be required to travel to a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location, based on demand. This will provide you with the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in different store environments, and will help to support future hiring needs within the business.
