We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the store manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, optimize stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the store manager to identify and address any operational issues and implement solutions to improve store performance
Requirements
- Previous retail experience with roles such as Assistant Management or similar
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
