**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified Teacher of English and Literacy to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching GCSE English and be able to adapt their teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching GCSE English to students with SEN in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues to ensure student progress

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
  • Experience teaching SEN students or working in a SEN setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
