Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedule adherence of production operations
  • Monitor plan vs actual and report to sales for future bids
  • Manage resources to ensure all areas are fully manned where required
  • Communicate and feedback any scheduling or quality issues
  • Attend quality meetings and participate in NCR activities through RCCA

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Manager with significant exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies, production/shift management experience within a CNC Machining environment and strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and quality control methodologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Production/shift management experience within a CNC Machining environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and quality control methodologies
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems and other relevant tools for production management and analysis
  • Proven track record of effective team leadership, motivation and development
