Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor and Trainer

Location: Home/Field based covering London and surrounding areas

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience) + Excellent bonus scheme, up to an additional £10,000 OTE

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Childcare Assessor and Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
  • Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.

Requirements:

  • Hold strong, occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.
  • Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
