Category Manager Opportunity

Vanta Staffing Limited is seeking an experienced Category Manager to join their team in Andover. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-standing supplier relationships, maximising shelf space within the category, and driving cash margin growth across the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier relationships and increase shelf space
  • Manage and develop KPIs for the business unit, aligned with company objectives
  • Drive cash margin growth across the product portfolio, with full P&L responsibility
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless processes
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience working as a Category Manager in the FMCG/pharma manufacturing space or food growing/agricultural arena
  • Live within commutable distance to Andover
  • Driven, organised, and enthusiastic
