We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide support and guidance in the classroom. Your role will involve working with students in small groups or one-to-one, helping them with their lessons and supporting the class teacher with their workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behaviour management and support to students in the classroom
  • Work with students in small groups or one-to-one to help them with their lessons
  • Support the class teacher with their workload and provide administrative assistance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You will also need to have a Child Only DBS and be willing to register on the Update Service.
