Health Safety Coordinator

At LW Recruiting Solutions, we are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring site-specific health, safety, and environmental operations and tasks at the site.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of protective equipment and safety systems of work.
- A regular inspections program will be conducted, including safety audits and hazard assessments.
- Training and mentoring in HSE-related topics will be provided.
- The HSE Coordinator will identify hazards and potential risks and take steps to mitigate them.
- Overseeing contractors on site is a key responsibility of this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 pro rata, as well as a company pension and life insurance.
Key Qualifications:
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification is required.
- Experience in providing training would be an advantage.
- A good understanding of health, safety, and environment-related concepts is essential.
- Ae worked in manufacturing or retail industries would be beneficial.
