About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Coordinator to join our team at London & Country Mortgages. As a vital part of our HR function, you will provide administrative support to the wider business, acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administration, covering the entire employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, including developing offer packs and inducing F&P actions
  • Support the HR function and wider business, working with people at all levels

About You:

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well-organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the business and be able to work both as part of a team and independently. Previous experience in a HR-focused role and knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice are desirable, but not essential.
