About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Technology Lead to join our Platform Engineering team at Man Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our High Performance Compute infrastructure and End-User IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of our High Performance Compute infrastructure and End-User IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technology teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical skills in Linux, Python, and containerization (Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
