About the Role
">A Behaviour Support Assistant is sought to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Harrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEND education and be able to work with primary-aged children with SEMH and EBD needs.
">The school we are working with is a mainstream Secondary school with a high level of SEMH and EBD. This school has a program for children with SEMH, who have either been excluded from mainstream education or they need extra support.
">The successful candidate will earn an estimated salary of up to £106 per day, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay. This is a long-term contract until the end of the academic year.
">The Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with small groups, allowing them to build relationships with students and develop effective strategies for their learning. They will also contribute to classwork and interventions inside and outside the classroom.
">To be considered for this role, candidates must have a First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University and experience working with SEND children or Behavioural Difficulties. A Master's or Doctorate hopeful will also be given preference.
