About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Arnold Clark Group. As a Master Mechanic, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults on customers' vehicles.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting vehicle engines and components to identify issues using diagnostic equipment.
  • Training colleagues in various repair methods.
  • Assisting in workshop planning and pre-diagnosis of vehicle faults.
  • Road-testing vehicles to ensure repairs are complete.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 qualification and proven experience with a leading vehicle manufacturer.
  • Fully qualified UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus performance bonuses up to £9,000 every three years.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half.

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5:30pm, and rotational Saturdays, 8am – 12pm.
