About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Engineer to join our Highway Asset and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in delivering minor civil schemes in the highways sector and a good understanding of carriageway resurfacing and preventative maintenance schemes.

The primary purpose of this role will be to prepare Highway Network Maintenance Schemes for delivery, including pre-measures, preparation of drawings and specification. The successful candidate will also be required to visit sites across the city and potentially beyond the Salford boundary, so a full driving licence is required.
