Job Title: Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our team at Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading design teams on high-rise RC Frame developments.

Job Summary:

The Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and coordinators to deliver a high-rise RC Frame development in West London. The project consists of 380 units, mixed-use, and the successful candidate will have experience in managing design teams on similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers and coordinators to deliver the project on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet the client's requirements
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the client, architects, and engineers
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a design leadership role on high-rise RC Frame developments
  • Experience in managing design teams and coordinating with construction teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a basic salary between £85k - £95k, plus a full package and bonus system on top.
