Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Standards Officer to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. This role will require the successful candidate to work on a hybrid basis, conducting property inspections under HHSRS and HMO Licensing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent enforcement skills and be able to carry out relevant actions accordingly.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
