Job Overview

Avery Healthcare Group is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes, seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, recognizing and responding to clinical risk areas, and promoting a culture of dignity and respect.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults.

**Salary:** £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
