We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Insights and Automation team at Herbert Smith Freehills. As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing our new global Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform and driving the capture and use of client insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed the CRM platform across UK and EMEA, institutionalising client relationship practices and processes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our existing CRM and marketing platforms, collaborating with the MIA team in Australia.
  • Drive engagement with the CRM across UK and EMEA, demonstrating its value in strengthening client relationships and driving growth with new clients.

Requirements:
  • Marketing degree qualified or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in a marketing role in a similar environment, preferably with experience working on a CRM or martech platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities.
  • Strong creative, strategic, and analytical abilities.

Working Pattern: Full time
Location: London
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
