As a part of our 12-month Preceptorship Programme, you will receive comprehensive support to transition from a student to a confident professional. Our community-based trust provides a wealth of expertise and facilities to support the health and wellbeing of residents and visitors.

Job Description
As a newly qualified nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring students, and contributing to the management of change. You will also be required to evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word, and to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation and with staff, patients/service users, visitors or external organisations both verbally and in writing.

Benefits and Salary
